Becker & Frondorf is excited to announce that the Robert N.C. Nix Federal Building will be honored this week with the 2024 Pennsylvania Historic Preservation Award for Construction - Rehabilitation! This prestigious award, presented by Preservation Pennsylvania, recognizes exceptional contributions to the preservation and rehabilitation of historic structures across the state.
Our dedicated cost estimating team, particularly Mike Zaidel, Cost Estimating Partner, and Tim Kenny, Senior Cost Estimator, contributed to this transformative project. Mike provided the Design Development (DD) estimate, while Tim provided the Construction Documents (CD) estimate. The project included renovating and fitting out the Robert N.C. Nix Federal Building.
