What Does an Owner's Rep Do?
An Owner’s Rep manages design and construction projects for clients that do not have the in-house staff or capacity to do so. We act as your representative on a day-to-day basis, advocating for your interests as an extension of your staff. While you focus on your primary job, we keep the project moving forward.
