Innovative Approach to FF&E Procurement
Our Project Managers used innovative strategies to successfully deliver the hotel rooms on time and on budget. We negotiated a turnkey, highly efficient approach to FF&E that utilized a single subcontractor to warehouse, deliver, and install the hotel’s furnishings and equipment, streamlining the process in a way that reduced costs and helped to protect the project schedule. This method was so successful it was later employed for similar large-scale hospitality projects.
