Dechert

Becker & Frondorf served as Owner’s Representative for Dechert, the nationally known law firm and lead tenant in Philadelphia’s Cira Center. The 200,000-square-foot tenant space was designed and built at the same time as the building’s shell was under construction. This required Becker & Frondorf to carefully coordinate the work of two independent design teams. We also provided rigorous oversight of construction costs as presented by the landlord’s building contractor who was responsible for all construction.
