B&F managed the complete renovation of JEVS Human Services' 15,500-square-foot office on Rittenhouse Square. The project reconfigured the space to create an open and collaborative working environment while consolidating several divisions into their headquarters.
B&F helped the team to carefully analyze staffing needs and determine the right balance of open workstations and private offices. We worked closely with JEVS on the design and project phasing while coordinating all construction activities with the landlord's contractor. Since JEVS needed to remain open to serve its clients, we developed a detailed phasing plan with swing space for staff to temporarily use during the renovations.
As a non-profit organization, JEVS needed to make the most of their available funds. They wanted private offices with glass walls to make the space feel more open, so we found an affordable solution, working with a furniture vendor to purchase less expensive glass partitions. Their newly renovated headquarters was delivered on schedule and on budget.
