B&F has served as vybe’s Project Manager for over a dozen clinic fit-outs in the Philadelphia area, with a specific focus on branding to create a consistent look among their facilities.
B&F's first assignment with vybe was the fit-out of two leased facilities in Philadelphia that had to be quickly gutted and reconfigured to meet patient care and medical equipment needs. The simultaneous construction of each fit-out, located at separate sites with two different landlords, required careful coordination among team members.
In addition to managing the renovations and required inspections, we assisted vybe with acquiring vendor services, including AV, tele/data, security, and FF&E. The clinics were finished on schedule within two weeks of one another. We facilitated move-in to help staff settle smoothly into their new space.
After our initial engagement with vybe, we helped them to create a prototypical design, standardize processes and products, and assemble an implementation team that can be deployed as soon as a new lease is executed. We also assist vybe with assessing sites prior to lease execution and review leases to understand the landlord’s responsibilities during construction.
Vybe doesn't look like a typical doctor's office – they want their clinics to have a spa-like atmosphere that makes patients feel better as they walk in the door. We have helped vybe to create a consistent brand identity by supporting the rebranding of existing sites and managing renovations to create new clinics as they continue to grow.
